abstract |
The method of producing a protective coating against high-temperature oxidation and hot-corrosion of superalloy parts consists in producing on the surface of the superalloy a first deposit of an agglomerated alloy powder containing at least chromium , aluminum and an active element, and to fill the open porosity of the powder deposit by a second electrolytic deposit of precious metal platinum setting. Appropriate heat treatment is then performed to allow interdiffusion between the powder-based coating and the electrolytic coating and to obtain a full-chromium coating, an active element such as Yttrium, and a precious metal of the platinum mine. |
