The invention relates to a device for securing a part (1), on a support (S), using a threaded rod (2) passing through an orifice (3) of said part (1) to come screw into the material of the support (S), the orifice (3) of the part being provided with a threaded bore (4) cooperating with at least a portion of the rod to ensure immobilization in rotation of said rod (2) . This device is characterized in that the threaded bore (4) is formed in a ring (5) housed in an orientable manner inside said orifice, this ring (5) expanding radially during the radial force of compression exerted by the rod during screwing so as to allow immobilization of the rod (2) according to any angular orientation inside the orifice (3) of the part (1), the axes of the rod ( 2) and ring (5) then being strictly coincident. Application to the fixing of implants on a bone. |
