The present invention relates to new solid emulsions characterized in that they comprise a thermoplastic elastomer of the poly (styrene-olefin-styrene) block copolymer type, an aqueous phase, an oily phase and an amphiphilic copolymer. The invention also relates to the use of these new solid emulsions in particular for the production of products for medical, dermatological or cosmetic purposes which come into contact with the wound, the skin or the mucous membranes. |
