The invention relates to an industrial synthesis of zeolites from fly ash. For this purpose, an estimation of the composition of the fly ash, at least in silicon (SiO2), is first obtained in order then to prepare a mixture whose proportions in base (NaOH) and in water (H2O) are chosen as a function of the initial composition of the ashes. Finally, the mixture is allowed to evolve at ambient temperature and pressure for a period of at least ten days. Zeolites of the faujasite (FAU) and / or sodalite (SOD) type are then obtained. |
