The present invention relates to outer membrane microvesicles, of diameter less than 250 nanometers, formed by a single membrane, and comprising a marker or a detectable signature, in particular by fluorescence, by RPE type techniques or by measurement of radioactivity, said marker or signature located either at the intravesicular level or at the level of the membrane. The invention also relates to a method for producing said labeled outer membrane microvesicles, and the use of said microvesicles as a diagnostic or vectorization tool, as a tool for targeting molecules of therapeutic interest or diagnosis, or as a tool measuring the impact of an active ingredient on the integrity of the membrane of the microvesicle. |
