Variable capacity system comprising a first electrode (4), a second electrode (8), a layer of elastically deformable dielectric material (6), said dielectric layer (10) being arranged between the first (4) and the second (8) electrode, the electret (10) forming with the first electrode (4) a first capacitor, and the electret (10) forming with the second electrode (8) a second capacitor, the capacitances of the first and second capacitors varying with a deformation of the dielectric layer (6), the first electrode (4), the second electrode (8) and the electret (10) being such that they follow the deformations of the dielectric layer (6) and that a deformation of the dielectric layer (6) causes a variation in the opposite direction of the capacitances of the first and second capacitors, the first electrode (4) being provided with the lights (12) in which the electret (10) is located, the edge of the said light s (12) forming with the electret (10) in said slots (12) the first capacitor, said electret (10) being on or in the dielectric layer (6). |
