The method proposes to capture acidic compounds, such as CO and H S, contained in a gas, for example combustion fumes or natural gas, by performing the following steps: a) the gas to be treated is contacted with an absorbent solution comprising amines in aqueous solution so as to obtain a gas depleted of acidic compounds and containing traces of amines and an acid-enriched absorbent solution, b) regenerating at least a portion of the absorbent solution enriched in acid compounds in a regeneration column so as to obtain a regenerated absorbent solution and a gaseous effluent rich in acidic compounds, the regenerated absorbent solution being recycled in step a) as an absorbent solution, said gaseous effluent to obtain liquid condensates and a gas enriched in acidic compounds, then at least a portion of the condensates are introduced into the regeneration olonne; d) the acid-depleted gas obtained in step a) is brought into contact with a stream of liquid water in a washing section so as to obtain an amine-depleted gas and an amine-enriched water, e) recycles in the process part of the water enriched with absorbent compounds obtained at the bottom of the washing section. |
