abstract The invention relates to an engine assembly for an aircraft, comprising a propeller turbine engine and an attachment pylon (14) intended to be laterally attached to a rear part of the aircraft structure, the mast having a surface aerodynamic profile (20) incorporating a trailing edge (21), the latter being arranged upstream of the turbine engine propeller. According to the invention, the mast comprises a movable rear flap (24) defining at least partly the trailing edge (21), and control means (34) of the flap designed to drive the latter in incidence, according to a law depending on the impact of the aircraft.
