abstract 1343326 Ceramic compositions MATSUSHITA ELECTRIC INDUSTRIAL CO Ltd 26 April 1971 [27 April 1970] 11286/71 Heading C1J A piezoelectric ceramic composition comprises a solid solution of wherein but including the mole ratio composition wherein Li 2 O : Nb 2 O 5 = 1 : 3. A lead oxide, lithium carbone, Nb 2 O 5 , TiO 2 , and ZrO 2 are internally wet-mixed in a ball mill, dried, mixed with a binder. e.g. polyvinyl alcohol, granulated ahd pressed into discs. The discs are fired at 1200-1300‹ C. electrodes applied, and the ceramic polarized.
