A lead oxide, lithium carbone, Nb 2 O 5 , TiO 2 , and ZrO 2 are internally wet-mixed in a ball mill, dried, mixed with a binder. e.g. polyvinyl alcohol, granulated ahd pressed into discs. The discs are fired at 1200-1300 C. electrodes applied, and the ceramic polarized. |
