titleOfInvention Induction airconditioning apparatus
abstract 1445816 Induction air conditioning units ESKAWE KALTEUND KLIMA-ANLAGEN GmbH 22 Jan 1974 02921/74 Headings F4V and F4S An induction air conditioning unit comprises nozzles from which in use conditioned primary air issues to induce a flow of secondary room air through an inlet passage having an inlet 8, and two heat exchangers 3, 4 forming in use a heater and cooler respectively, the heat exchangers being rotatably mounted about a common axis 5 and being fixed relative to one another, whereby only one heat exchanger at a time may be rotated into the inlet passage. The heat exchangers are spaced by a zone 9 to permit unheated and uncooled flow of secondary air, and are rotated by a mechanical drive which is operated by hand or by a motor drive controlled by a thermostat. Filters and a condensate sump may be provided at the inlet 8. The heat exchangers are provided with flexible water inlet and outlet conduits having steel links.
