abstract Disclosed herein are embodiments of low temperature co-fireable scheelite materials which are used in combination with high dielectric materials, such as nickel zinc ferrite, to form composite structures, in particular for isolators and circulators for radiofrequency components. The scheelite is formed as a ring around a rod of magnetic garnet material, where on firing, the scheelite material contracts into contact with the rod forming a composite. ln some embodiments, the scheelite material can include aluminium oxide for temperature expansion regulation.
