titleOfInvention | Process for producing lysine salt of /-1-benzyl-1h-indazol-3-y1/-oxy-acetic acid |
abstract | The present invention relates to a lysine salt of [(1-benzyl-1H-indazol-3-yl) oxy] acetic acid of formula (II) having anti-inflammatory activity. In the process of the invention, equimolar amounts of [(1-benzylH-indazol-3-yl) oxy] acetic acid and lysine are dissolved by heating in a mixture of ethanol or acetone in water, the solution is filtered hot, and the salt crystallized upon standing. recrystallization from ethanol and the resulting hydrate is dried under vacuum, if desired. -1- |
