titleOfInvention | axial sliding bearing |
abstract | --The invention relates to plain thrust bearings, where one working surface is made of silicon graphite (or other antifriction material with similar properties), and can be used in electrical and hydraulic machine assemblies containing thrust bearings. Regular large size (diameter up to 900 mm), electric motors that operate the main circulation pump assembly (MCPA) in assemblies are preferred. Reactor, for example in nuclear power plants. Ordinary thrust bearing consists of interstitial bearing straps and slots on the side facing the sector assembly, the bearing disc is provided with mounting surfaces, the outer and inner clamping rings of the sections made of antifriction material are fitted through the elastic elements on the mounting surfaces, and the sectors are fixed to prevent them from rotating in relation to the ring Bearing by intermediate rails arranged between segments, the rails are fixed by inserting their anchor bolts into the holes in the bearing disc. Antifriction sections are provided with notches for the inner and outer rings, the upper sections of the sections are to be turned and the lower sections of the sections are provided with slots for mutual axial fastening. The former edge of the section is formed in the form of an almost parabolic curve, and the cooling and lubrication is carried out through the inter-channels formed by the bars, segments and outer and inner rings |
