titleOfInvention | Blood collection tube |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a blood collection tube capable of performing blood coagulation time much faster than before and completing blood coagulation without unevenness, and performing a reliable and stable blood test without individual differences. The present invention encapsulates a first blood coagulation accelerator, which is an inorganic substance such as silica particles, and a second blood coagulation accelerator, which is a granule of a substance having a biological blood coagulation activity such as thrombin. In order to prevent blood coagulation promoting agent in granules from being adhered or trapped by the serum separating agent to reduce the coagulation ability of the blood coagulation active substance, the space is divided into two parts by a plastic film. Or blood collection tube coated with granules or serum separating agent with water-soluble silicone. |
