Room temperature curable organopolysiloxane composition for clean room |
abstract |
(57) [Abstract] [Problem] It does not release a basic substance, does not cause contact failure, and has excellent storage stability and adhesiveness. Particularly, the present invention provides a dealcoholizable room temperature-curable silicone composition suitable as a sealant for clean rooms and a material used in the vicinity of electrical and electronic contact members. SOLUTION: (A) A diorganopolysiloxane whose molecular chain terminal is blocked with a hydroxyl group or 1 to 3 alkoxy groups or vinyloxy groups, and (B) an acidic filler such as kaolin clay. A room temperature curable organopolysiloxane composition for a clean room. |
