PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-purity titanium oxide powder which has excellent dispersibility and can be generally used such as a sintered material or an ultraviolet shielding material. SOLUTION: The isoelectric point of zeta potential by a laser Doppler method using electrophoresis is pH 2.0 to pH 4.5. And high purity titanium oxide powder having an absolute value of zeta potential at pH 5.5 of 15 mV or more. |
