abstract (57) [Summary] Microorganisms are physically and immunologically adsorbed to and separated from a solid layer, reacted with a primary antibody that recognizes the microorganism, washed, and then labeled with a secondary enzyme-labeled antibody that recognizes the primary antibody. Highly sensitive microbial detection and quantitative measurement method in which the enzyme activity on the solid phase is amplified and sensitized and measured in duplicate. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect and measure a microorganism with high sensitivity by adsorption on a solid phase. SOLUTION: Enzyme-labeled secondary binding to primary antibody in large amount This is a measurement system that selects and amplifies the secondary antibody.
