abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide an alkaline dry battery capable of preventing buckling of a separator tip portion and preventing an internal short circuit when vibration or impact is applied. SOLUTION: Separator base paper 2 wound in a roll shape After rotating the separator 1 in the horizontal direction and cutting it into a predetermined size, the separator base paper 21 is rotated in the horizontal direction, and the tip of the separator having a cylindrical portion is bent radially inward by the gasket of the sealing body. In the structure, the ratio of the tensile strength in the longitudinal direction to the tensile strength in the width direction of the separator base paper 21 is set to 2/1 to 1/1. |
