abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a technology for efficiently supplying low-purity oxygen regardless of the demand for other related products. SOLUTION: A rectification column provided with an upper tower A and a lower tower B for rectifying and separating supplied raw air, and a heat exchanger 1 for cooling the compressed and supplied raw air by heat exchange are provided. An expander 2 for taking out a part of the raw air from the intermediate portion of the heat exchanger 1 and adiabatically expanding the expander 2 and a low-temperature booster 3 driven by the expander 2 and compressing the raw air passing through the heat exchanger 1. And a liquid oxygen pump 7 for supplying the liquid oxygen taken out from the lower portion of the upper tower A to the heat exchanger and evaporating the liquid oxygen. |
