A coating agent for an insulating heat dissipation sheet containing 0.3 to 30 parts by weight of (c) a curing catalyst, and vulcanizing the sheet. Production method. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating and heat radiating sheet which is excellent in electric insulation and does not generate moisture absorption conductivity even under high humidity by using a coating agent for an insulating heat radiating sheet of the present invention.
