(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To perform voltage detection and voltage control of a large number of secondary batteries, simplify handling, and improve reliability. SOLUTION: A plurality of terminal openings 29 and 42 are opened, and a module case 13 including an inner case body 26 and an outer case body 27, and the secondary battery 1 housed therein. 2, a plurality of cell control units 14, and an outer case 11 for housing the module case 13. Each of the secondary batteries 12 is housed in such a manner that the positive terminal 12a and the negative terminal 12b are alternately exposed through the respective terminal openings 29 and 42, and constitute a plurality of sets of a predetermined number of module batteries. The cell control unit 14 has a voltage detection / voltage control function for each module battery or each secondary battery 12, or a function of inputting / outputting a detection signal and a control signal. The outer case 11 is provided with a positive terminal 18, a negative terminal 19, and a transmitting / receiving terminal 20 of the cell control unit 14. |
