(57) [Problem] To provide a method for preventing generation of off-flavor due to photo-oxidation of fat-containing food and a non-alcoholic taste beverage in a transparent container in which off-flavour is prevented. SOLUTION: In order to prevent the generation of off-flavour in a food containing fat, an effective amount of vitamin E is added to the food, particularly a non-alcoholic beverage. |
