titleOfInvention | Method for producing ester-based elastomer |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ester-based elastomer production method capable of producing an ester-based elastomer having excellent sag resistance and bending fatigue resistance particularly at high temperatures and having a high melt viscosity. SOLUTION: A polyester copolymer comprising a short-chain component and a long-chain polyester component represented by a specific formula, wherein the short-chain component is 50 to 95% by weight and the long-chain component is 50 to 5% by weight. (A) 100 parts by weight, the general formula -R 3 -O- (R 3 is 2 carbon atoms 8 to 50 parts by weight of a polyether (B) comprising a repeating unit represented by the formula: CON-R 4 -NCO (R 4 is an alkylene group having 2 to 15 carbon atoms, a phenylene group or a methylene group or a functional group in which an alkylene group is bonded to a phenylene group) (C) 10 A method for producing an ester-based elastomer, in which 0.01 to 20 parts by weight of an amine having two or more active hydrogens is added after melt mixing of 100 to 100 parts by weight, followed by melt mixing. |
