titleOfInvention Soil heat treatment equipment
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a heat treatment apparatus capable of efficiently treating a large amount of soil. SOLUTION: The air in a house 110 is guided to a flame generating chamber 20 by a duct 111, and the air is mixed with a high-temperature flame to deodorize. On the other hand, soil (including fungi) 113 is thrown into the rotating cylinder 50 through the soil chute 29. Since the high-temperature gas generated in the flame generating chamber 20 is always supplied to the inside of the rotary cylinder 50, the soil 113 is heated by the high-temperature gas. The soil 113 is gradually moved from left to right in the figure while being stirred by the guide of the guide plate 54. During this time, sufficient heat is applied to perform sterilization and disinfection. [Effect] Since the soil is processed while being continuously fed, a large amount of soil can be processed as compared with the batch processing. If the introduction and discharge of soil are performed by a conveyor, soil treatment can be performed without the need for a worker, and labor load can be greatly reduced.
