(57) [Problem] To provide a technique for effectively protecting a transparent conductive film 30 from external force during transfer. A transparent conductive film formed in advance on a glass substrate is transferred to a plastic sheet substrate. At this time, the transparent conductive film 30 to be transferred is sandwiched between the polyimide peeling layer 20 which becomes a peeling portion at the time of transfer and the acrylic protective film 40.
