abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide an air conditioning unit that improves both the defrost function and the air conditioning feeling in a defrost operation mode. SOLUTION: An inside / outside air box for selecting one of inside air and outside air as introduction air, a blower unit provided with a blower fan for sucking the introduction air and blowing the air downstream, and a plurality of outlets each having a damper are provided. An evaporator 31 for exchanging heat between the introduced air and the refrigerant, a heater core 32 for exchanging heat between the introduced air and the hot water, and a flow rate of the introduced air passing through the heater core 32 are provided in a unit case 33 opened at the top. An air conditioner unit 30 having an air mix damper 37 to be adjusted and a heater core 32 disposed above the evaporator 31, wherein the defroster blows out toward a windshield FG surface. The outlet 34 is configured to blow out a two-layer flow of conditioned air consisting of a warm air layer HW and a cool air layer CW.
