titleOfInvention Electric water heater
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To reduce noise when heating canned water with an electric heater in a reduced-pressure electric water heater. SOLUTION: The surface shape of the electric heater is such that water vapor bubbles are easily adhered to continuously generate small water vapor bubbles. Further, the distance from the water surface of the can water to the electric heater was set to 450 mm or less so that the water pressure received by the electric heater was reduced. Further, the water temperature around the electric heater is raised by preventing the rise of the water around the electric heater or by supplying the heated water around the electric heater. In addition, the electric heater was controlled so that the water temperature of the canned water was maintained at a high temperature to reduce the degree of heat transfer surface subcooling. Further, the electric heater was controlled so that its output was reduced when the temperature of the can water was low, so that the boiling of the can water was moderate.
