| abstract |
(57) Abstract: The present invention relates to a cooling device for a linear motor which can efficiently cool heat generated when driving the linear motor and maintain the characteristics of the linear motor more precisely. A linear motor cooling device of the present invention is connected to a blower provided outside a linear motor, at least one supply pipe provided at a predetermined portion of a stator, and the supply pipe. And a ventilation hole 4 for guiding the flow of the inflowing air. A control valve is provided in each of the supply pipes 3 of the linear motor so that the amount of air flowing in can be adjusted. |
