Novel polymer and method for screening substances using the same |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a polymer useful for purifying and identifying an intracellular or cell membrane receptor for a specific drug. The present invention provides a styrene-glycidyl methacrylate polymer whose surface is covered with glycidyl methacrylate and a styrene-glycidyl methacrylate polymer whose surface is covered with glycidyl methacrylate, to which a substance is bound via a spacer. The present invention relates to a method for screening a substance that can be attached to a substance by using a polymer to which the substance is bonded via the substance. |
