abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contamination of a duct or the like by a gas to be purified containing dust, odor components and harmful components. SOLUTION: An internal space of a housing 1 is partitioned by a partition plate 3 into a lower first chamber 4 and an upper second chamber 5, and a first chamber 4 is provided. The chamber 4 is supplied with the gas to be purified. The partition plate 3 has a filter 1 such as a plurality of cylindrical bag filters. The upper portion of 7 is detachably provided to remove dust. The plasma generating means 21 is directly detachably mounted on the upper part of the filter 17, and the gas from which dust has been removed is directly guided to the plasma atmosphere 22 without passing through a duct or the like, so that odor components and harmful components are reduced. Decomposed and removed.
