titleOfInvention Display device and manufacturing method thereof
abstract (57) [PROBLEMS] To uniformly disperse charged particles in a display device that performs display by applying a voltage to a dispersion system in which charged particles are dispersed in an insulating liquid and moving the charged particles. In addition, uneven distribution of charged particles during long-time use is reduced. SOLUTION: A first electrode 5 and a conductive film 9 are formed on the surface of a light transmitting tube 4, and a dispersion system 3 in which charged particles 2 are dispersed in an insulating liquid 1 is sealed in the tube 4. Then, a plurality of first electrodes 5 are arranged on the first substrate 7 so as to be in contact with the first substrate 7, and the second substrate 8 on which the second electrodes 6 are formed is arranged and fixed on the tube 4.
