SOLUTION: In order to greatly reduce wear of a magnetic recording medium and a protective film of a magnetic head due to high-speed contact sliding, energy locally applied by dispersing and relaxing contact stress generated at the time of contact is provided. Attenuation is effective. For this purpose, it is necessary to have a lubricating film structure that elastically deforms in response to stress to absorb energy and propagates the deformation to the surroundings. In the present invention, this object can be achieved by providing a lubricating film having a crosslinked structure in which adjacent perfluoropolyether molecules are connected by a crosslinking molecule on the surface of a medium or a slider.
