[Structure] A propylene-based satin film comprising extruding a resin composition containing a mixture of an isotactic polypropylene resin and a syndiotactic polypropylene resin as a main component into a film, and embossing the satin surface using a silicon roll. Wherein the mixing ratio of the isotactic polypropylene resin and the syndiotactic polypropylene resin is 95: 5 to 5: 9. 5 is a production method using the resin composition.
