PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contain a corrosion inhibitor (A) in which calcium ions are bonded to porous silica particles by ion exchange in a resin coating film, and to control the content of the corrosion inhibitor (A) by coating the resin coating film. The present invention provides a coated steel sheet in which the corrosion inhibitor has an improved rust prevention performance, in an amount of 2 to 50 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the resin component. SOLUTION: A polyphosphate (B) is added to a resin coating film, and the ratio of the corrosion inhibitor (A) to the polyphosphate (B) is adjusted to A / B = 60/40 to 5/95 by weight ratio.
