titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of bearing steel full length flaw guaranteed product wire rod |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flaw assurance by normal rolling and the entire length of a material without lowering productivity by controlled rolling, and to increase a solid solubility of a carbide to improve a spheroidization rate and to soften. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a product wire rod. SOLUTION: The method for producing a product wire rod of a bearing steel full-length flaw-guaranteed in which a steel rod having a bearing steel composition is rolled, and the rolled wire rod is coated with a film, and the entire surface is flaw-guaranteed by vortex light drawing and then subjected to spheroidizing annealing. 1, the hardness shown in FIG. 1 is 89 to 91 HRB while the total length flaw is assured, thereby improving the header workability or the cold forgeability. |
