(57) [Summary] To extend the running life of a power transmission belt installed in an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The raw material rubber of the power transmission belt 14 has a hydrogenation rate of 95% or more and an acrylonitrile amount of 15%. A hydrogenated nitrile rubber that is 〜23% is used. By reducing the amount of oil-resistant acrylonitrile in the raw rubber, the rubber can easily absorb oil.
