Coating of metal surfaces, especially for microelectronics |
abstract |
(57) [Summary]nThe coating material is partitioned into at least one head group and one spacer group. One head group reacts particularly well with polymer molecules. Another head group together with the metal surface creates a sustainable bond. Proper configuration of the length of the spacer group ensures that the material deposited on the metal surface of the object or particle in the material layer has hydrophobic properties. Suitable adhesion improvers may be sulfur compounds, amino compounds, hydroxyl compounds or carbonyl compounds. |
