PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound effective to excite muscarinic receptors and to treat symptoms of cognitive impairment, for example, associated with decreased synthesis of acetylcholine and alteration of cholinergic cells, particularly impaired memory. And a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. SOLUTION: Substituted 1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidine composition, substituted 1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyrimidine composition and substituted 3,4,5,6 -A tetrahydropyrimidine composition is disclosed. |
