abstract (57) Abstract: Provided is a method for producing a CO selective oxidation catalyst that can selectively oxidize carbon monoxide contained in a gas even when the gas contains moisture. SOLUTION: The step of preparing a catalyst by supporting an active metal on a carrier; the step of preparing a catalyst-supporting substrate by applying the catalyst to a substrate; the step of subjecting the carrier to silane treatment; A step of silane treatment, and adding Teflon (registered trademark) to the catalyst. A method of producing a CO selective oxidation catalyst, which comprises a step of dispersing, a step of subjecting the substrate to silane treatment, or a step of subjecting the catalyst-carrying substrate to silane treatment.
