titleOfInvention | Tin-based oxide and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] (Modified) [Problem] A tin-based oxide containing tin dioxide as a main component that can be a useful conductive filler from the viewpoint of safety, such as antimony and fluorine which have a problem in safety. It has a volume resistivity of 10 2 to 10 9 Ωcm without containing a dopant which is generally added to improve the conductivity of the material, and its volume resistivity is stable without changing over time, and is triboelectrically charged. It provides a tin-based oxide having an amount of zero or a positive value. SOLUTION: For example, an alkali metal element, an alkaline earth metal element, and a rare earth element are added to a soluble tin oxide precursor solution obtained by dissolving a tin compound such as metal tin or tin halide in an aqueous solution or an organic solvent solution. A gel powder obtained by concentrating a solution containing at least one element selected from the elements is heat-treated. |
