titleOfInvention | DNA encoding N-acetylglucosamine deacetylase lacking a transmembrane region |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To efficiently obtain an N-acetylglucosamine deacetylase. A DNA encoding a partial polypeptide of an N-acetylglucosamine N-deacetylated / N-sulfotransferase polypeptide, which is obtained when the DNA is inserted into an expression vector and expressed. N-acetylglucosamine N-deacetylated N-sulfotransferase to the extent that the resulting partial polypeptide can have the effect of deacetylating the N-acetylglucosamine residue of the sugar chain having a heparin skeleton. A transformant obtained by transforming a host cell with an expression vector containing a DNA having no N-terminal region or C-terminal region of the polypeptide is cultured. |
