Method for encapsulating a core using inkjet or fog |
abstract |
(57) Abstract: Provided is a method for encapsulating a core using an ink jet or fog. A method of coating a liquid or solid particle core includes dropping or floating the particle core into space and then applying a liquid coating while the particle core is falling or floating. Application of the liquid coating is performed by either (a) spraying the liquid coating onto the particle core using an inkjet or (b) moving the particle core through the fog of the liquid coating. Also, drop or float the particle core in space, The first coating composition containing the first reactant was applied to the particle core by one of the methods described above while the particle core was falling or floating, and then coated with the first coating composition. The particle core is contacted with a second composition containing a second reactant that reacts with the first reactant. |
