Optical article made of multilayer polymer particles with excellent transparency, weather resistance and flexibility |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide an optical article excellent in transparency, flexibility and weather resistance. SOLUTION: A rubber component layer (I) formed by copolymerization of a monomer mixture containing an acrylate ester and a polyfunctional monomer, a methacrylate ester and a single monomer comprising another monomer as an optional component An optical article comprising a thermoplastic resin component layer (II) formed by polymerization of a monomer and melt-molding multilayer polymer particles satisfying the following conditions (1) to (4). (1) The number average molecular weight of the thermoplastic resin component constituting the outermost layer is 30,000 or less. (2) The mass ratio of layer (I) / layer (II) is 30/70 to 9 0/10. (3) The average particle size is 150 nm or less. (4) Refractive index n of copolymer constituting rubber component layer (I) The following formula holds between d (I) and the refractive index n d (II) of the polymer constituting the thermoplastic resin component layer (II). | N d (I) -n d (II) | <0.005 |
