(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a simple and efficient gene transfer method. SOLUTION: In the method for improving the efficiency of gene transfer into target cells by a retrovirus, a target cell binding site is combined with a retrovirus binding site derived from fibroblast growth factor, collagen or polylysine, or a functional equivalent thereof. A method for improving gene transfer into a target cell by a retrovirus, wherein the target cell is infected with the retrovirus in the presence of an effective amount of a functional substance on the same molecule. |
