(57) [Summary] The present invention relates to a sustained-release preparation of an anesthetic, and more particularly, to an anesthetic which is widely used to relieve pain in patients before and after surgery or in patients with chronic cancer. It is produced in the form of fine particles by being incorporated in a degradable polymer, so that the anesthetic can be gradually released to maintain the same concentration as the sustained release of the drug. The present invention relates to a method for topical administration that can be administered only to an affected area and a painful place, a elimination of toxicity due to excessive administration, and a sustained-release preparation of an anesthetic to avoid various side reactions. |
