(57) [Summary]nThe present invention relates to a composition comprising a polynucleotide, such as a virus, RNA, DNA, or a derivative thereof, comprising a polynucleotide and a block copolymer of an alkyl ether. The present invention also relates to a method of treating an animal, comprising administering the composition of the present invention intramuscularly and intradermally. The present invention also provides a method of delivering a polynucleotide, comprising administering to a cell a composition comprising the polynucleotide and a block copolymer.
