abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance coating apparatus which is suitable for a material having a long storage period and a high evaporation pressure and can be manufactured at low cost. SOLUTION: An application device for applying a substance to an application place is configured. The application element with the wet body is partially housed in an inner sleeve, which is housed in an outer sleeve. By pressing the application element, a liquid flow connection can be formed between the inner space of the inner sleeve and the inner space of the outer sleeve. Inner sleeve (1 4) is made of a material which is particularly flexible compared to the outer sleeve (12), so that at least the bottom floor (26) of the inner sleeve (14) is deformable during the pressing.
