SOLUTION: Raw material receiving tank 4 for receiving water and stock. 2, and a stock crushing rotor 44 provided at the bottom of the raw material receiving tank. The peripheral wall portion of the raw material receiving tank 42 collects the stock falling in the water in the tank on the stock grinding rotor 44 at the bottom 43, and the collected stock rotates. The crusher is directly crushed and pulped by contact with the crushing rotor 44. |
