Hydrogen production and power generation method using microorganisms, and their devices |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] In a hydrogen fermentation method using a microorganism using renewable organic waste as a raw material, the hydrogen yield is increased to achieve industrial practical use. SOLUTION: In a hydrogen fermenter 1, a biogas 3 containing hydrogen and carbon dioxide as main components is generated using microorganisms by using organic matter as a raw material 2 and consumed or separated by using hydrogen in the biogas. Then, the remaining gas 5 containing carbon dioxide as a main component is circulated through the hydrogen fermenter and blown into the fermentation liquid 6. Biogas or separated hydrogen can be used as fuel in fuel cells and extracted as electrical energy. |
