titleOfInvention | Planographic printing plate making method |
abstract | (57) [PROBLEMS] To provide a printed material in which a hydrophilic layer has a high hydrophilicity and has excellent binding strength to a support, in particular, improved printing smearing properties and a printed matter that does not cause smearing even under severe printing conditions. Provided is a method for making a lithographic printing plate of a mold type or a negative type. A lithographic printing plate precursor having a hydrophilic layer made of a polymer compound directly bonded to the support surface and having a hydrophilic functional group and an image forming layer in this order on the support is subjected to image exposure. Then, after the development, the plate surface is protected with a plate surface protective agent containing gum arabic containing a certain amount of calcium. |
